Yoichi, Hokkaido's largest grape producing area.
Fruit trees are thriving in agriculture, and 80% of the agricultural industry is aimed at the cultivation of grapes, apples and such fruit trees. The town is know as the largest producer of fruit such as grapes, apples and pears in Hokkaido.
Yoichi Wine has been adored by all the locals since 1974. 7 houses of contract farmers whose faces are visible have developed a mutual trust and have continued their work with great care at the small brewery.
There are a number of wines made with the grapes of Yoichi, but when one says Yoichi wine, there is only the one Yoichi Wine. A great tasting wine has been carefully produced from a refined manufacturing process and growing of high-quality grapes. It spreads the bond between the people and the land through wine.
